A native of Salem, South Dakota, Tisha graduated from McCook Central high school in 2014. She attended Lake Area Technical Institute where she graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program in 2017. Tisha completed her first Level II fieldwork here at McCook Therapy and Wellness where she gained knowledge and skills in orthopedic and stroke rehab. She completed her second Level II fieldwork at the Hartford, Humboldt, and Lennox schools where she worked with children ranging from 1 to 18 years old. Tisha enjoys working with pediatrics in areas such as fine motor development, sensory integration, and emotional regulation. She is also quite passionate about the senior population as she has been running the Senior wellness programs for 5 years. She started with 2 classes and now has 5 and counting!

Outside of work, Tisha is raising her two sons with her husband in Montrose. She enjoys spending her time with family and friends!
