FAQs

What will my insurance cover?

We will bill your insurance as a courtesy to you. You will be responsible for your co-pay and/or co-insurance and any deductibles. It is always best to contact your insurance provider before you receive services.

NOTE: Some insurances do not require a physician's order to cover your treatments. Please call us and we can check on this for you. Our number is 844-425-3303.

Do you accept AFLAC/Workman's Compensation?

Yes we do; and as a courtesy we will print off your therapy notes, but you will be responsible for getting them to your Aflac agent and we will bill your workman's compensation company.

How much can I expect to pay for a co-pay?

That depends on your insurance company. If you're not sure, contact your insurance company so that you understand what your obligation will be before you have services done. You will also need to know if there is any deductible and/or co-insurance that will be due.

If I'm co-insured, how do you handle that?

As long as we have the information from your co-insurance company, we will file that for you in addition to your primary insurance. In order to file, we will need to have the information from both your insurance companies. Please identify which company is the primary insurer.

What insurance plans do you accept?

As a courtesy, our business office will file directly with your insurance company. However, many insurance plans require you to satisfy your deductible, a copay, and/or a co-insurance as part of your coverage. Our office staff will verify insurance coverage for your treatment and discuss any financial obligation that exists. If any questions arise, our staff is available to provide assistance. If you have a question about whether your insurance is covered at McCook Therapy, please call and our staff will be happy to verify coverage. Our number is 605-425-3303.
